During Yoga coaching there is full attention for your personal yoga practice needs, wishes and challenges. Together we will focus on deepening your yoga practice. Working on general fitness and flexibility or movements and postures you might be struggling with. Or finding adjustments that are suitable for you in your regular yoga practice. Depending on your body, it might be helpful to also add Thai yoga massage, to help with release of tension in aid to your yoga practice.
Yoga coaching will help you to either develop or deepen your own personal yoga practice and create more awareness, freedom and happiness.
The first Yoga coaching session will be an hour, to allow time for an intake. After the session you will receive an email with your personal yoga plan to practice at home.
