These are great movements to do as often as you like. Perfect to practice in the morning when you’ve just come out of bed. But also great to do as a preparation before any kind of sports activities or after a long day of work.
Make sure that the movements are pain free and comfortable. If they are not, do less and go slow and if that doesn’t help, skip the movement for now.
