🤸🏼‍♂️ Therapeutic yoga: Self massage of the back
Today we’ll again be exploring movement with tennis balls as a way of giving our bodies a massage, whilst incorporating the relaxation that we create into our movement. Be gentle with yourself! you can practice this lying on the ground or against the wall. Find a way that allows you to relax and soften, so that your nervous system can do the same.
