🤸🏼‍♂️ Therapeutic yoga: Qigong waking up the body
This is a practice I learned from qigong. It is a great way to wake up the body and reconnect to it. It a short practice, so easy to fit into your day. If you have someone nearby who can help you tap your back (and you theirs) it even better!
