Giving yourself some time to get out of your head and reconnect to your body and your breath. Feel free to repeat this practice at any time during your day. You can use it as a check in moment, to become aware of your breath and how you’re feeling in this moment.
In the next practice you will continue with your breath. Noticing if you can feel it, how you can feel it and where you can feel it.
