Every Tuesday from 18.30-20.00 I teach live via zoom.
A class to come home to yourself, to feel your body and to relax.
We start with therapeutic yoga. Conscious movements in which we examine our pure range of motion and notice what our body can do and where it lacks mobility. Simple movements, mainly while lying on the floor.
Then we move on to deep relaxation with restorative yoga. You bring yourself into a fully supported position in which you can Be, for about 15 minutes. In the beginning I’ll guide you after which you can rest in silence.
When you participate for the first time, I will ask you to fill in an intake form, so that I have more information about your body and can better guide you in the practice. I will send you the zoom link for the lesson by email every week. Here you will also find the different payment methods.
The investment for the lesson is €12. This class in taught in English and/or Dutch depending on the participants.

To get the most out of the lesson, I recommend having the following props:
– bolster or 2-3 firm blankets
– 2 blankets/beach towels
– 2 blocks
– 2/3 eye bags
– and whatever else you find useful to use as support for your body and which brings you comfort.
